Yes! In Settings, you can customize your daily calorie target, protein/carbs/fat goals, dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, keto, etc.), and health objectives (lose weight, gain muscle, maintain, etc.). Your dashboard will show progress towards these goals.

We take privacy seriously. Your meal photos are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage, your personal data is protected by industry-standard security practices, and we never sell your information to third parties. You can delete your data at any time.

Do you use my photos to train AI models?

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models. However, we never use individually identifiable photos or data without explicit consent. You can opt out of data improvement programs in Settings.

What image formats are supported?

MealThyme accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC formats. For best results, use well-lit photos taken from above with the entire plate visible. Images should be at least 640x480 pixels.
